Yes. Depending on where you live and the employment policy of your organization, payment maybe as a lump sum stipend or an hourly wage. The amount will be determined by the CAS representative for your country/region. Use the Contact Us form below to inquire.
How are CAS Ambassadors selected?
While selection criteria may vary slightly by country/region, well-qualified applicants will have these traits (or will have a high potential to acquire these traits):
- Noteworthy academic and scientific accomplishments
- Deep knowledge of CAS Solutions and other scientific information solutions
- Past networking activity and engagement within the community of interest
- Strong interest and skills in communications and social media
Applicants in some countries/regions may be asked to participate in an interview to further assess qualifications.
Can my service extend beyond one year?
Yes, you may re-apply for an additional year of service.
