Ashwini Ghogare is a scientist-turned-intrapreneur redefining how the world's medicines are discovered. Over the past decade, she has founded and scaled category-defining ventures at the intersection of frontier AI, lab-in-the-loop automation, and agentic systems—turning breakthrough science into commercial platforms that measurably accelerate drug discovery.As founder of the AIDDISON™ Platform and the AIDD (MLOOP) Automation Lab at Merck KGaA, she pioneered a new standard for small-molecule discovery: AI-first, autonomous, and dramatically faster. A globally recognized voice in AI and life sciences, Ashwini has keynoted premier forums including Davos and was named one of the Top 100 AI Leaders and AI Leader of the Year (2025).
