CAS Custom Servicesのメンバーとして、ジェニファーはCASコンテンツ、技術、テクノロジー、そして専門知識を活用して、複雑なクライアントの研究開発およびビジネスの挑戦、課題を解決するための個別のソリューションを設計しています。10年以上戦略的アカウントマネージャーとして勤務したのち、過ごした後、2020年にCAS Custom Servicesに加わりました。前職では、CAS STNおよびCAS SciFinder®ソフトウェア・プラットフォームの顧客向け技術トレーニングの実施に携わっていました。
ジェニファーはノートルダム大学で化学の理学修士号を取得しています。そのほか、サウスウェストミネソタ州立大学で化学の理学士号と心理学の文学士号を取得しています。PIUGとACSの会員です。
