CAS 맞춤형 서비스 팀의 일원으로서 Jennifer는 CAS의 컨텐츠, 기술, 전문가 네트워크를 활용해 복잡한 고객 R&D 및 비즈니스 과제를 해결하는 맞춤형 솔루션을 설계하고 있습니다. Jennifer는 10년 이상 전략적 계정 관리자로 근무한 후 2020년 CAS 맞춤형 서비스에 합류했습니다. 이전 직무에서는 CAS STN 및 CAS SciFinder® 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 위한 기술 고객 교육 자료를 작성하고 교육을 진행하는 역할도 담당했습니다.
