Yingzhu Li é cientista de informações sênior do CAS com foco em produtos biológicos. Concluiu o doutorado em biologia molecular e celular e fisiopatologia pela Escola de Medicina da Universidade de Kanazawa, no Japão. Depois disso ela foi membro do corpo docente do Instituto de Pesquisa do Câncer da Universidade de Kanazawa por dois anos. Concluiu o pós-doutorado em oncologia médica no Centro de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade de Colorado antes de ingressar no CAS.
