Dr Lee Walsh-Benn is a Regional Manager at ACS International representing CAS, where he leads Academic business across North America and EMEA. In 2015 Lee graduated with a PhD in Chemistry from Imperial College London where under the supervision of Prof. P. J. Parsons he worked on novel synthetic routes to Lactonamycin, an antibiotic for the treatment of MRSA. Lee brings a rare combination of scientific depth and commercial leadership, having spent over six years at CAS refining expertise in scientific information and supporting global research communities. Lee is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an active mentor, passionate about the evolving role of data, AI, and collaboration in research.
