Jeanette A. Adjei

Jeanette is an NSERC postdoctoral researcher at the University of California, Merced under the mentorship of Professor Michael Findlater. Her research focuses on designing new photo-switchable boron catalysts. She obtained her Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry (2025) from Western University (Canada) under the co-supervision of Professor Paul Ragogna and Professor Michael Kerr. Her research focused on the synthesis of organophosphine ligands derived from vinylcyclopropane and natural products. Prior to this, she completed her B.Sc. (2018) at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she conducted undergraduate thesis research under the supervision of Professor Robert A. Gossage on the synthesis of N,O-donor oxazoline ligands.
