Bio
Leighton Jones is an Information Scientist in the Science Connect Team at CAS. Prior to joining CAS he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Northwestern University in the U.S. developing chemical technologies in fundamental (semiconductors, dielectrics, supramolecular and 2D materials) and applied (organic photovoltaics, catalysis, and critical metal separation) systems in materials science. Leighton earned both his integrated masters undergraduate (1st, Hons.) and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Leeds in the UK. His current research interests include materials science and data science.
