Bio
VALERIA PINGITORE, Ph.D., is an Application Specialist supporting CAS BioFinder ® and CAS SciFinder® users across the EMEA region, with a special focus on medicinal chemistry. She works closely with users and the product management team to deliver scientific consulting and provide insights that help enhance CAS solutions.
Prior to joining CAS, Dr. Pingitore was an Assistant Professor of Organic and Medicinal Chemistry at University of Loyola (Seville, Spain), completed postdoctoral research at University College London, and worked as a Scientist at Biosynth (UK). She earned her Ph.D. in Organic and Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Seville and is a co-author of several scientific publications in drug discovery and chemical biology, particularly in the field of neurodegenerative diseases.
