Polymer searching is challenging , given the various ways polymers can be described in patents and the frequent need to simultaneously search for relevant properties and applications. In this session, we will explore how polymers are indexed in the Derwent and CAS databases within CAS STNext and illustrate how to create polymer search strategies with a few relevant examples.
