If your organization has STN® Global Value Pricing, your plan includes the ability to ARCHIVE and REDISTRIBUTE records for your STN searches involving participating STN databases at no additional charge. Report your use of ARCHIVE and REDISTRIBUTE commands within your STN session to create a report. It also provides proof of your license and ensures that proper royalties are paid on licensed content.
If you have an STN Fixed Fee Plan, you may have the right to ARCHIVE and REDISTRIBUTE records from some of your STN searches. Please consult your agreement, contact your Account Consultant or your local service center for details.
Exception: Customers with a CAS Data Reuse Agreement are not required to report ARCHIVE and REDISTRIBUTE usage for CAS files.
