STN Hours of Operation

STN is available during the following time periods (all times given in U.S. Eastern Time):

Sunday from 01:00 to Saturday 22:00
On the first Saturday of each month, STN is only available until 17:00

Although standard (commercial) STN accounts can be used any time, day or night, when the system is available, academic accounts may only be used during certain limited hours, which are:

01:00 (U.S. Eastern Time) Sunday --> 05:00 (Local Time U.S) Monday
17:00 (Local Time) --> 05:00 the following day - Mondays-Fridays
17:00 (Local Time) Friday --> 22:00 (Eastern Time U.S.) Saturday

In North America, representatives from the CAS Customer Care may be reached from 08:00 (8:00 AM) to 20:00 (8:00 PM), Monday through Friday.
