How to... Explore by Company Name / Organization

SciFinder helps you find information related to a particular company, academic institution, or govenment organization, regardless of whether you know the exact name of the organzation at the time of publication.

1. Enter a company or organization of interest. Click OK.

company 1

Tips

  • Enter only one organization at a time.
  • In general, to broaden your answer set, use fewer terms. To narrow your answer set, use more terms. The more terms you enter, the more specific the query becomes.

Notes:

  • SciFinder considers various spellings, acronyms, abbreviations, and related terms when retrieving results, but it does not consider mergers and acquisitions.
  • SciFinder automatically searches groups of related terms. For example, entering "company" and "co." returns the same results.

2. Review your answers.

  1. Click Analyze/Refine.
  2. Click Analyze.
  3. Select Company/Organization.
  4. Click OK.
