In the Highlight Manager, you can control how highlight sets are displayed in the visualization workspace. Changes made in the Highlight Manager take effect immediately throughout the visualization workspace.

Current color of the highlight set. Click in the field to launch a color palette that enables you to change the color of the highlight set. At any time, ten colors can be set on the Highlight Manager: eight for the regular highlight sets, one for unhighlighted documents, and one for overlap highlighting (i.e., overlap among the eight regular highlight sets). | Documents | Total number of documents in the highlight set (from one to the total number of documents in the visualized answer set). |
| Selection | Text describing the documents in the highlight set and/or how the documents were selected for the set (e.g., Landscape Selection). Sequence of description reflects order in which documents were added to highlight set. The description also identifies the sets that feature unhighlighted documents and overlap highlighting. A maximum of five selections show in the tooltip of the Selection field for each highlight set. |

Adds a highlight set color to the group of available highlight set colors in the Highlight Manager, and changes that color to the active highlight set color. New Highlight Set differs from Next Set, which only selects the next available highlight set color in the list.
New Highlight Set is disabled if eight highlight set colors (the maximum) have already been added to the Highlight Manager. Note: You can also add a highlight set color to the visualization workspace by either:

Select a menu item.

Withhold highlight set from display among currently highlighted documents. Same as clearing the selection check box for the highlight set. In both cases, the highlight set remains listed on the Highlight Manager. If the active highlight set is disabled, then the next enabled set in the Highlight Manager becomes the active set.
