ABSTRACT:
The title novel pyridine-contg. diaryl ureas ANHC(O)NHBLMQ [A = (un)substituted Ph, naphthyl, heteroaryl, etc.; B = (un)substituted Ph, naphthyl, pyridyl; L = (CH2)mO(CH2)l, (CH2)m(CH2)l, (CH2)mC(O)(CH2)l, etc.; m, l = 0-4; M = (un)substituted pyridine; Q = tetrazolyl, imidazolyl, thiazolinyl, etc.], useful for treating hyper-proliferative and angiogenesis disorders, as a sole agent or in combination with cytotoxic therapies, were prepd. and formulated. E.g., a multi-step synthesis of I, was given.
