Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing an acrylic acid, by which an acrylic acid can be produced, with low energy consumption, from a glycerin mixt. which contains glycerin and one or more compds. selected from the group consisting of fatty acids, fatty acid salts, glycerides, fatty acid esters, alkali compds., and alkali compd. salts. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing an acrylic acid, which comprises a step of obtaining an acrolein mixt. by dehydrating a glycerin mixt., a step of obtaining an acrylic acid mixt. by oxidizing the acrolein mixt., and a step of collecting an acrylic acid from the acrylic acid mixt.
