Elisangela currently develops her post-doctoral work at the Hydrochemistry Institute of the Technische Universität München, Germany, under supervision of Prof. Dr. Reinhard Niessner. After concluding her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in chemistry at the University of Campinas, Brazil, she moved to Germany in 2009 and participated in the International Program of Nanobiotechnology from the Elite Network of Bavaria. She received her Ph.D. Magna Cum Laude in physical-chemistry from the Ludwig Maximilians Universität München, Germany, in 2013. Elisangela’s research field is mainly focused on the development of advanced nanomaterials for application in medicine, biochemistry and analytical chemistry.
