Search an additional 46,850 records with MEDLINE backfile extension to 1946

November  24th,   2010

Now you can search an additional 46,850 bibliographic records recently added to the MEDLINE backfile, extending its coverage to 1946.

NOTE: None of these backfile records supplied by the National Library of Medicine (entry date /ED of 20101000) included abstracts. You may encounter a small number of existing publication-year 1946 MEDLINE records that do contain abstracts, but those records were not part of this enhancement.
