A new software installer allows for easier installation and is more consistent with Windows standards for software installation.
A new option of the Select Discover Wizard - Create L# from STN AnaVist - allows a fully functional STN L-number to be generated from a saved STN AnaVist answer set (.xta format). The L-number can be used to search and/or display the answers on STN or to view the full-text patent documents in STN Viewer by selecting the Evaluate with STN Viewer option.
The Select Discover Wizard window has been streamlined. The overall size of the window has been reduced. The search history window provides a more detailed view of the search query and scrollbars have been added to allow the search text to be visible. The Search and Results wizards are now accessible within tabbed menus with an option to Hide or Show the tabbed menus.
