Part-time Organic Chemistry

Chemical Abstracts Service has several temporary part-time openings  (working up to 20 hours/week).

Organic Chemistry - Responsibilities include providing file building support and quality control for chemical literature indexing.  This position requires using a computer to enter chemical structures and other scientific data, with training provided.  Candidates must have completed one year of college-level organic chemistry (degree not required) and be familiar with scientific terminology. Candidates must also have good organizational, reading comprehension, problem-solving, self-management, and communication skills.
